Most of the experiences at Perfect Day at CocoCay are complimentary, and there are plenty of free beach chairs and beachside activities for the whole family - not to mention five new complimentary dining venues located throughout the island. Other attractions, like Thrill Waterpark®, Beach, Pool or Floating Cabanas, the Zip Line, and Up, Up and Away helium balloon, are available for a charge.

A Thrill Waterpark® day pass gives you full-day access to 13 waterslides – including the tallest waterslide in North America, Daredevil’s Peak, a 135-foot plunge - the largest wave pool in the Caribbean, the Adventure Pool and its many obstacles, and complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas. Young thrill seekers can make a splash at Captain Jill’s Galleon, a shipwreck loaded with slides and , water cannons located right next to Thrill Waterpark. And the littlest explorers have gallons of fun at the Splashaway Bay aqua park, with five waterslides, fountains, pools and two drench buckets. Perfect Day at CocoCay is more than slides and rides — the beach areas make the island the ultimate sun soaking escape. Chill Island maxes out the relaxation while South Beach is the go-to spot for those who like to get their game on. If you just want to unwind, head to Chill Island on the east side of CocoCay, where you’ll find crystal clear tropical waters, powdery white sands, and plenty of ways to relax and recharge. Compared to most of the other areas on Perfect Day at CocoCay, Chill Island is definitely the most tranquil spot around. The south end has more activity and this is where you will find the Snorkel Shack and the dock for jet ski rentals and tours. The north end is calmer and more secluded, often preferred by couples. Access to Chill Island is complimentary, as are beach chairs and umbrellas along its shores. There’s no need to worry about getting ashore early to claim your spot on Chill Island, there is an an abundance of loungers and umbrellas for everyone. One of the best things to do at Chill Island if you’re visiting the island with a group of friends or your extended family — or if you want to upgrade your romantic getaway and score a little more privacy for you and your significant other — is to reserve one of the Chill Island private cabanas. Each cabana accommodates up to eight guests and comes with attendant service. Reserving one is a great option for families who want an added level of comfort, or couples looking to elevate their day of relaxation.

True to its name, Chill Island is really all about the chill factor — but that doesn’t mean you won’t have the option to break up all that shoreside lounging with a bit of action. You can rent snorkel equipment to check out some of the vibrant coral reefs located just offshore. Keep an eye out for the friendly manta rays that call the island home — they’re not shy and don’t mind swimming up close to snorkellers. There’s also a dock where you can join a jet ski tour of the island. You can book your cabana or water activities ahead of your cruise on Cruise Planner, onboard the cruise ship before you arrive at Perfect Day at CocoCay, or on the island during your time ashore. Just remember that cabanas, sports equipment and spots on the tours are subject to availability, so it’s usually recommended to book ahead.

One of the best things at Chill Island is that you don’t really have to leave the area for anything if you don’t want to. Chill Island boasts the largest restaurant on Perfect Day at CocoCay, Chill Grill, serving a wide range of delicious options tailored to any kind of diet or preference. Think cool, crisp salads, tasty sandwiches, build-your-own tacos, fresh fruit, and grilled favourites like BBQ chicken, hamburgers, hot dogs and more. For dessert, there’s soft-serve ice cream, cookies and brownies. The food is part of the free attractions at chill island and Perfect Day at CocoCay, so make sure you save room for seconds. There’s also a towel station nearby, in case you forgot to grab one on your way off the cruise ship.

Looking for the ultimate beach day experience? Consider the Coco Beach Club, where every moment is elevated. Admission includes access to an exclusive beach, a beachfront infinity edge pool with in-water loungers, a clubhouse, beach chairs and umbrellas, and complimentary dining at the Coco Beach Club restaurant, where you’ll enjoy an elevated menu including filet mignon and lobster. You’ll also find the first Floating Cabanas in The Bahamas here, where it’s just you and the endless blue. You can spread out across plenty of comfortable lounge seating, unwind in your overwater hammock and splash into the sea on your own slide. Each cabana rental includes admission to Coco Beach Club for up to eight people.
