Stay awhile, go deeper and discover more with new Unpack and Explore Tours from Globus & Cosmos
Unpack and Explore Tours offer a different way to experience sought-after destinations across the globe
This is touring, but different. Unpack and Explore Tours from Globus & Cosmos invite guests to explore further, connect deeper and uncover more, while staying in one place and experiencing the best of the surrounding region.
The tours allow guests to unpack, settle in and make themselves at home in a destination, enjoying a range of included sightseeing and day trips while staying in just one or two hotels. By spending multiple nights in one destination, guests can experience a place fully and enjoy a great sense of connection to local life - all with the reassurance, expert planning and stress-free travel that comes with a Globus or Cosmos tour.
Unpack once. Explore more.
Globus & Cosmos Unpack and Explore Tours give travelers a comfortable base from which to discover not only a destination's best-known sights, but also the culture, cuisine, landscapes and lesser-known gems of the area.
From the waterfront cafés and historic streets of Split to the canals of Venice, the flavours of Rome and the musical heritage of Nashville and Memphis, each itinerary is designed to allow guests to fully experience a destination.
Alongside included sightseeing and experiences, there is plenty of free time to wander, linger over lunch, revisit a favourite spot or make discoveries independently. And with Globus & Cosmos Tour Directors and Local Guides on hand to share their knowledge and recommendations, guests can make the most of every day without having to organise all the details themselves.
“Travellers are moving beyond checklist sightseeing in favour of experiences that offer a deeper, more meaningful connection to a destination,” said Scott Nisbet, President and CEO of the Globus family of brands. “Our Unpack and Explore Tours combine the convenience of expertly planned travel with the flexibility to enjoy built-in free time, local discoveries and insider recommendations from our Tour Directors and Local Guides. It’s about giving travellers the opportunity to settle in, explore further and experience more of what makes a destination special.”
