Following a 12-month search, Seabourn’s inclusive wine collection spans family vineyards, historic houses and winemaker collaborations, bringing the Earth & Ocean culinary philosophy into the glass.
Seabourn is introducing a refreshed inclusive wine collection of more than 40 wines from 10 countries, each selected for its craftsmanship, character and story. Over the past 12 months, Seabourn sought out wines from family vineyards, historic houses, celebrated producers, lesser-known discoveries and wines created specifically for Seabourn guests.
The collection is part of Seabourn’s broader Earth & Ocean philosophy, which connects guests to destinations through what is sourced, served and shared. Now available fleetwide, depending on location, the new inclusive wine collection brings the philosophy into the glass, with selections that reflect the vineyards, producers, traditions and stories behind each wine.

Rather than building the collection around familiar names alone, Seabourn looked to growers, family cooperatives and producers whose wines reflect their origins and craftsmanship. The wines were also considered for how guests would experience them at sea, with freshness, balance, and character informing the selections.
“Wine has an extraordinary ability to tell a story. With this collection, we wanted every glass to offer guests another opportunity for discovery, whether through the story of a vineyard, generations of craftsmanship or a beautiful pairing that brings a destination to life,” said Michael Stendebach, Senior Vice President, Guest Experience & Product Development for Seabourn. “Our new inclusive wine collection brings together familiar names and unexpected finds, all selected to complement the way our guests dine and explore with Seabourn.”
A World of Wine, Curated for Discovery
The inclusive wine collection takes guests from the steep slopes of Germany’s Mosel Valley and the limestone soils of Burgundy to the volcanic vineyards of Campania, the Mediterranean vineyards of Spain, coastal New Zealand, South Africa, Chile and California. The journey continues in the glass, with wines chosen to express where they come from as clearly as the destinations Seabourn explores, bringing the Earth & Ocean philosophy to life.

Among the collection are wines with distinctive stories and histories:
• Dr. Loosen Dry Riesling comes from a family that has tended vineyards in Germany’s Mosel Valley for more than 200 years.
• Feudi di San Gregorio Greco di Tufo showcases an ancient grape grown in the volcanic soils of Campania.
• Terlato & Chapoutier “Lieu-dit Malakoff” Shiraz, an Australian red wine, was created by Rhône winemaker Michel Chapoutier in partnership with the Terlato family, blending Rhône-style elegance with Australian character.
• Clarendelle Blanc carries the heritage of Château Haut-Brion and Clarence Dillon, who acquired the Bordeaux estate after famously sending a two-word telegram from a ship at sea: “Act Fast.”
• Champagne Montaudon connects guests to Parisian history through the house once favored by Josephine Baker during her cabaret performances.
• The Beach by Whispering Angel brings a taste of Provence to the collection from a producer that helped establish rosé as a symbol of coastal living.

Seabourn Winemaker Collaborations
The collection also includes wines developed for Seabourn through relationships with winemakers in California and Washington State.
Flanagan Wines in Sonoma created Beauty of Three Cabernet Sauvignon and Beauty of Three Chardonnay for Seabourn. The collection also includes Riley's Row Sauvignon Blanc, named for the first vines planted by proprietor Eric Flanagan's daughter Riley.
In Washington's Yakima Valley, Seabourn worked with Four Feathers Wine Services to develop Fluency Brut Rosé, an exclusive for Seabourn guests, and a bespoke Dark Rock Red Blend crafted for the line.

Selected for Life at Sea
The collection was shaped by provenance, craftsmanship and the way the wines complement Seabourn's destination-inspired cuisine and are enjoyed at sea.
Selections such as La Côte Blanche Mâcon-Villages, Miranius Xarel·lo, Dr. Loosen Dry Riesling and Yealands Sauvignon Blanc were chosen in part for qualities including freshness, acidity, minerality and balance. Selected reds, including Palacios Remondo La Vendimia and De Martino Carménère, can be enjoyed slightly chilled, while Terlato & Chapoutier Lieu-dit Malakoff Shiraz offers a vibrant and food-friendly expression.

Bringing Earth & Ocean to the Glass
Wine is an integral part of the broader Earth & Ocean culinary philosophy, which pairs locally inspired menus with exceptional gourmet ingredients sourced from around the world and extends culinary exploration across experiences at sea and ashore.
The philosophy explores the connection between place and flavor through the terroir of the land and merroir of the sea. The wine collection adds another expression of Earth & Ocean, allowing guests to experience the landscapes and traditions behind the wines and discover the producers who create them.
Selections vary by region and sailing, complementing both the cuisine and the places the ships explore, with sommeliers to guide guests toward discoveries suited to the meal and the moment.
