Star Clippers Offers Two Free Shore Excursions and Complimentary WiFi Package

Star Clippers is making its small-ship sailing experience even more immersive with a new limited-time offer that gives guests two free shore excursions per cabin on select January through March 2028 sailings aboard the line’s three award-winning clipper ships - Royal Clipper, Star Clipper and Star Flyer. The offer, fulfilled as a $200 onboard credit per cabin, invites travelers to go deeper in the destinations where Star Clippers’ authentic tall ships shine: secluded bays, smaller harbors, marine parks, historic island towns and natural landscapes often beyond the reach of larger vessels.

The promotion also includes a complimentary 3GB Wi-Fi package per cabin, giving guests added value as they reserve early for 2028 Caribbean and Central America sailings. Rates are in U.S. dollars, per person, based on double occupancy, and include fees and port charges. The offer is valid for residents of the North America and Latin America and continues on a space available basis.

The itinerary showcases a classic Southern Caribbean arc through the Grenadines, Grenada, Tobago Cays, St. Vincent, Bequia, Martinique and St. Lucia before returning to Barbados. Excursion choices and destination experiences may include exploring Grenada’s spice-scented capital of St. George’s, snorkeling in the Tobago Cays, discovering Bequia’s relaxed waterfront atmosphere, or experiencing St. Lucia’s volcanic scenery, gardens, waterfalls and mineral baths. The 166-guest Star Clipper’s seven-night Costa Rica & Panama roundtrip sailing departs Puerto Caldera, Costa Rica, on February 5, 2028, with fares from US$2,060. This Pacific Coast itinerary emphasizes nature, marine life and soft adventure, calling at Coiba National Park, the Marine Park Golfo de Chiriqui, Golfito, Quepos and Islas Tortugas. Guests may use their shore-excursion credit toward experiences that highlight the region’s biodiversity, from snorkeling, kayaking and wildlife viewing to mangrove exploration, visits to national park gateways and beach activities. Coiba National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is known for its remarkable marine ecosystem, while Golfo de Chiriqui protects islands, coral reefs and habitats for birds, turtles and other wildlife. Quepos serves as the gateway to Manuel Antonio National Park, and Islas Tortugas offers a classic Costa Rican beach day with kayaking, swimming and glass-bottom boat options.

Star Flyer’s seven-night Leeward Islands sailing departs Philipsburg, St. Maarten, on February 12, 2028, with fares from US$2,060. The itinerary calls at Nevis, Dominica, Iles des Saintes, Guadeloupe, Antigua and St. Barts before returning to St. Maarten. Excursion options and independent discoveries range from rainforest and waterfall adventures in Dominica to snorkeling and beach time in Les Saintes, exploring Guadeloupe’s lush volcanic landscapes, visiting Antigua’s historic Nelson’s Dockyard, or enjoying Gustavia’s boutiques, beaches and French-Caribbean atmosphere. A special highlight of this sailing is the opportunity for Star Flyer to sail in company with Royal Clipper south of Iles des Saintes, creating a rare tall-ship moment for guests on deck.

On all three ships, the onboard experience is central to the journey.
