In Summer 2027, Explora Journeys is bringing that dream to life with its first voyages to Alaska. EXPLORA III awakens new horizons charting a bold course to Alaska’s untamed wilds, offering the perfect blend of celebrated destinations and off-the-beaten-path ports. Imagine waking up to towering glaciers, snow dust mountains, mist shrouded fjords, and orcas dancing in icy water—all while stepping out onto the terrace of a luxury suite, Champagne in hand. These journeys offer a mix of glacier viewing, wildlife, cultural stops, small port towns, and dramatic seascapes. They blend natural wonder with comfortable luxury.

Vibrant and varied, Alaska weaves indigenous roots, Russian heritage, Gold Rush history, and the resilience of its modern-day communities. Native cultures strongly influence Alaska’s way of life, from names of rivers, mountains, and forests to the art and architecture in modern cities.
