Explora Journeys, the luxury ocean travel brand of the MSC Group, announced the launch of the Sky & Sea fare, an innovative fare designed to provide a seamless travel experience from the moment guests depart from their departure airport to the moment they step on board.

Guests from Canada, the UK, Netherlands, Spain, France, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, the USA and Australia can enjoy a seamless booking experience that integrates flight arrangements, offering key routes from major airports in each country to the Journey’s embarkation and disembarkation ports. The Sky & Sea fare allows customization including upgrades and alternative domestic departure airports.*

Sky & Sea simplifies every aspect of the Journey by combining international flights, hotel stays when required, private transfers from airport to hotel and port and 24/7 dedicated guest support into one effortless package. Guests can travel with complete peace of mind knowing that every detail, from departure to embarkation, has been meticulously arranged. The fare includes international economy-class flights, with the option to upgrade to premium seating including Business and First Class, for an additional supplement.

Upon arrival at the ship, guests will enjoy the signature Explora Journeys experience that has redefined luxury ocean travel. From world-class dining across nine culinary venues to unlimited beverages including fine wines and premium spirits, every detail reflects uncompromising standards of excellence. A fleet of six luxury ships will be launched from 2023 to 2028, starting with EXPLORA I’s delivery that took place on July 24, 2023. Explora Journeys introduces a new style of transformative ocean travel. EXPLORA I and II offer 461 oceanfront suites, penthouses and residences designed to be ‘Homes at Sea’ for guests, all with sweeping ocean views, private terrace, a choice of eleven distinct culinary experiences across six vibrant restaurants plus in-suite dining, Chef’s Kitchen, twelve bars and lounges (eight indoor and four outdoor), four swimming pools, extensive outdoor decks with 64 private cabanas, wellness facilities, and refined entertainment. Inspired by the company`s European heritage, Explora Journeys will provide guests with an immersive ocean experience and respectful and intuitive hospitality.

EXPLORA II was delivered on September 12, 2024. EXPLORA III will come into service in 2026 and EXPLORA IV in 2027 with both ships being LNG-powered. EXPLORA V and EXPLORA VI will enter service in 2027 and 2028, respectively.
