AmaWaterways Debuts 4 Distinctive Culinary Concepts Onboard AmaMagna

AmaMagna, the newest addition to AmaWaterways modern luxury river cruise fleet, debuted two new onboard restaurants when she set sail earlier this summer. Our own Vanessa Lee (seen above with the ship's godmother, Samantha Brown) is currently onboard experiencing the restaurants and ship for herself, having attended the ship’s official christening earlier this week.

Now featuring four distinctive culinary concepts, the Al Fresco Restaurant, an open air dining “vegetable-forward” experience, and Jimmy’s, a family-style restaurant inspired by the late Jimmy Murphy – one of AmaWaterways’ original co-founders – join the classic Main Restaurant and intimate Chef’s Table.

AmaMagna’s culinary concepts continue to evolve and tell our story, weaving together our rich history and our exciting vision for the future. As one of the only river cruise lines in the prestigious gastronomic society, La Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, epicurean excellence has always been a pillar of what we do,” said Kristin Karst, executive vice president and co-owner of AmaWaterways. “With two new restaurants on board AmaMagna, we are proud to offer our guests different ways to personalize their river cruise, not only through our shore tours with culinary highlights but also through the variety of food and wine experiences onboard.”
